Monochrome Winter
A friend at work yesterday was telling me about the view along the canal he passed on his way into work. It definitely sounded like something I would want to capture. I was able to leave work a few hours early and I made my way to this glorious location. I was off only a little as the scene he described ended up being about a mile down the road from where I entered the canal trail. I didn’t walk the trail far enough but I now know exactly where I need to go next time. I don’t think I can call my exploration a fail as I was able to capture these images along the canal.
Wow, great location! Have a wonderful Thanksgiving!
Thanks Dawn! Wishing you the best on Thanksgiving as well.
Oh my! So cold and wintery looking – and the B/W processing makes it look even colder!
Thanks Karma! It was actually a nice day, but I agree the monochrome processing removes any warmth from the image.
All lovely! I would love to share your work on my blog. With an interview. Sometimes I do that and it seems high time I do it again! If you’re interested, please email me at info@lauramacky.com. Thank you!
Thanks Laura!
