Walt Disney World
I am seventeen days away from my vacation. Yes, I will be returning to Walt Disney World. It is the International Flower & Garden Festival right now. Time for me to photograph the topiary at Epcot and see the new nighttime show at Animal Kingdom. I guess this post is fair warning that the picture content of my posts will see an increase in WDW images. 🙂

The image above is the dock area for the rental boats at the Yacht Club resort. Readers may recognize the lighthouse as a favorite subject of mine while I explore WDW. I decided to play with my Topaz Labs Glow software and create a different look for this image. The program allowed me to add a neon glow to the edges of the picture. I reduced the opacity of that glow to allow the original image to show through. I like how it turned out.
The image below is the view of Expedition Everest from the seating area for the Flame Tree Barbecue restaurant. This area in front of Everest is the stage for the new nighttime Rivers of Light show at Animal Kingdom. I’m hoping I will be coming home with some great images of that show! 🙂

Very cool! Do you know Scott of the blog https://viewsinfinitum.com/? He lives over near you and also likes to go to photograph Disney.
Thanks Dawn! Yes, I know Scott. We met online when I started in photography and were actually able to meet in WDW once.
Cool! I kept thinking you had similar interests.
Good stuff. Fun to play with processing tools. 🙂
Thanks Frank!
